Shawn McCoy gets 28 to 60 years in connection with shooting at police/armed robbery

Harrisburg man gets 28 to 60 years in prison for shooting at cop during car chase

Dauphin County Judge Scott A. Evans slapped 22-year-old Shawn McCoy with that penalty Wednesday afternoon, saying McCoy showed "total disregard for human life and human safety" when he fired repeatedly at Officer Angel Diaz.
